Michelle has twenty-five years of experience in various roles within the property sector. She has worked with many people from many different industries as a consultant. She became integral to the property process for hundreds of clients over the years and saw, first-hand, how vital timing was to the success or failure of projects.

No matter the size, projects can falter for a myriad of reasons and mostly, we can not control every 'cog in the wheel' of our dreams and ambitions. We discover this when buying or selling property. We are at the mercy of the many professionals that we have to rely upon and whose time frames will inevitably differ from our own. Any business process will involve having to engage accountants, lawyers, valuers, bankers and others and for the most part will be disorderly and haphazard, where succinct interaction is left to chance.

Every business project has two common denominators that drive success. They are time and how that time is used. Having witnessed countless lost opportunities due to the complete lack of timeliness and the inordinate pressure and stress people are placed under because of it, Michelle decided to find a way to make the process easier by making it efficient. She believed in a coordinated approach, a streamlined process where the vast amounts of downtime, stress and missed opportunities could be eliminated. She tasked herself to find a way to make this positive contribution to people's lives. To do this, she would have to assemble a team of professionals, from a variety of industries, together, all under one roof. This would remove the need for the laborious search for the 'right person for the job' and would provide immediate benefit. These professionals would need to be vetted for exemplary conduct and acumen in each of their fields of expertise. Once found, they would all have to be brought into the same space, a fundamental requirement to Michelle's vision.
